Srinivas Ravada pursued a bachelor’s degree in the field of mechanical (production) engineering from Osmania University.
Then he moved to England where he pursued his Master’s in Business Administration (IT) from Coventry University. He first joined ARION PARTNERSHIP LLC, a British based company as Manager Business Development.
John Prance, a former director of the erstwhile Courtaulds PLC UK was the main promoter of the ARION Partnership LLC. Under his able guidance, Mr.Ravada headed the international business division and signed the MOU with The TATA Technologies LTD for providing technical and market survey for the TATA Motors and JLR.
He worked closely with the firm’s partners and providing advice, recommendations, information that enabled the company to grow to new heights and set a milestone. After two years, he moved back to India where he joined IRIS Smart Cards Pvt Ltd, a smart card manufacturing company. With his background in business development and marketing research, he headed the Operations Team. He had a proven record of revitalizing an unsuccessful business. He was credited for turning the sick business into a profitable venture with his emphasized teamwork and strategic marketing. Later IRIS smart cards were merged with BARTRONICS.
He later joined Mediciti Hospitals (Now-Medicure) where he led an executive position as the General Manager-Marketing With his versatile knowledge and functional skills in the area of strategic planning, entrepreneurial leadership, Business development, revenue growth, organizational change. He headed and represented the entire marketing team which was responsible for conducting CMEs, free medical camps and also generating good revenue to the organization through a unique way of marketing – medical tourism, which was very innovative and nascent in those years.
His tenure as GM marketing remembered by his team and many doctors as dynamic, result-oriented with great turnout also in high paced situations. Hailing from a family with academic leaders and entrepreneurs, who held top-notch positions in Indian universities, Army, police department and reputed public/private sector companies, Mr.Srinivas always wanted to start his own company and develop a new vertical for himself.
In the year 2006, he Co-founded Kiriti Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, his brain Child.
In the Year 2019, he was inducted into the board and taken charge as the Executive Director post the demise of Mrs.Shobha, Founder of Kiriti Consulting services in October 2019.
